The artifacts on display are selected from four major museums in Ho Chi Minh City, and together tell the story of rivers in Southern Vietnam.
The exhibition will run until October 17 and is part of a project called "Vivre avec les Fleuves" (Living with the rivers) by the French Embassy in Vietnam and the L'Institut Francais.
This project aims to promote sustainable development in riverine territories through scientific research, urban planning and development, as well as culture and education, organizers said.
