According to the ministry, the attacks also targeted temporary deployment sites used by Ukrainian armed units and foreign mercenaries in 142 locations. During the same period, Russian air defense systems reportedly intercepted 540 Ukrainian drones and 15 precision-guided bombs launched against Russian territory.
Meanwhile, Krasnodar Governor Veniamin Kondratyev said a Ukrainian drone attack on a seaport in southern Russia killed one person and injured three others. Russian media reported that an export terminal on the Black Sea in the village of Volna, which handles crude oil, petroleum products, and liquefied gas, sustained damage.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said its forces had struck an oil preparation and pumping facility in Russia's Volgograd region, as well as targets in Russian-controlled areas of Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy also announced that Ukrainian forces had conducted attacks on several military and energy facilities deep inside Russian territory, including a military plant reportedly involved in the production of components for Russian drones and missiles.
