Immediately after landing at Udon Thani International Airport, General Secretary and President Lam, his wife, and the Vietnamese delegation offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site.
They observed a minute of silence in memory of the great leader and pledged to study and follow his moral example and continue to cultivate the friendly relationship between Vietnam and Thailand.
Later the same day, Party General Secretary and State President To Lam and his wife met with the Vietnamese community in Thailand.
