Organized by the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the forum featured more than 20 presentations and three thematic sessions.
Discussions focused on mobilizing resources for sustainable marine development, applying science and technology to ocean governance, and strengthening local-level international cooperation to protect the marine environment and support coastal communities.
The forum produced policy recommendations and solutions to promote international cooperation in developing Vietnam as a strong maritime nation, while reaffirming its commitment to responsible and sustainable ocean governance.
