Speaking at a meeting on the project on Friday, he said the core task is to build an interconnected ecosystem linking talent, education and training, research, technology, innovation, businesses, and markets, turning knowledge into development value for the university and the country.

The Deputy Prime Minister said VNU Hanoi must play a leading role in Vietnam’s higher education system while supporting universities and businesses in their development.

He also called for the completion of preferential and breakthrough mechanisms covering student selection, scholarships, talent development programs, academic environments, and the recruitment, utilization, and awarding of talented people.
