According to Maghreb Arab Press (MAP), the message was recorded from Mexico, where the Atlas Lions are competing in the 2026 FIFA World Cup, and was broadcast during the foundation’s end-of-year ceremony for the 2025-2026 academic season.

In the video message, Morocco’s players encouraged the children to move forward with the same determination the national team shows on football’s biggest stage.

The players stressed that football and inclusion share common values, including discipline, hard work, solidarity, and belief in success, emphasizing that “nothing is impossible when we believe in our dreams.”

The Atlas Lions additionally commended Princess Lalla Asmaa, the elder sister of Moroccan King Mohammed VI, for her longstanding commitment to supporting deaf and hearing-impaired children through the institution’s work over the past two decades.

Students of the foundation also paid tribute to the Atlas Lions, who have qualified for the World Cup Round of 16, through a choreographed artistic performance celebrating perseverance and overcoming challenges.
