During this period he has lived and worked with ethnic minority people in 12 provinces across Vietnam. Their love for him and their difficult lives encouraged Dr. Ross to call on the Vietnamese government and foreign non-government organizations to do more to assist these ethnic minority groups and improve their living conditions.
