The plenary session, themed “Powering new sources for double-digit growth,” focused on building a close alliance among technology enterprises to synchronize data, models, and infrastructure, while outlining a roadmap for artificial intelligence to evolve from “application breakthroughs” to proactive innovation in core technologies.

Participants also discussed recommendations on sandbox testing mechanisms, funding for research and development of deep technologies, and proposals to address local growth challenges.
