(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam is to fully reopen for international travelers next Tuesday. Foreign visitors are required to have a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of departure. If they travel by air, another negative quick test upon arrival is needed before they can travel freely in Vietnam.
