The Head of the General Office for Population and Family Planning highlighted Vietnam’s progress over the last 5 decades in changing the population structure, improving the average life expectancy and controlling the fast population growth. Vietnam has attracted new or increased investments from 52 countries and territories since the beginning of this year. Hong Kong topped the list with 3 billion USD, followed by Japan with 2.1 billion USD and Singapore with 1.6 billion USD.
