(VOVWORLD) - The Vietnamese Party, State and people pay special attention to international humanitarian work, and wish to contribute to the international Red Cross and Red Crescent movement, said Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang at the 11th Asia-Pacific Regional Conference of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), which officially opened in Hanoi on Tuesday.
