Peach and kumquat growers in Nhat Tan and Tu Lien, two of the largest flower growing villages in Hanoi, are taking care of their thousands of peach branches and kumquat pots, before selling them for Tet decoration. (VOVWORLD) - The Ministry of Health is implementing a remote medical examination and treatment project for the next 5 years, which connects 1,000 medical facilities with 20 central hospitals in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city. The project aims to strengthen the professional operation of lower level hospitals and to help people access health care services without coming to a hospital.
