The event is planned for December 9–13 and will feature traditional ceremonies, wedding receptions, culinary experiences, music, entertainment, and leisure. The venues will be Hon Tre Island (Nha Trang City) and the Bai Dai Tourist Area (Cam Lam District).

“This marks the first Indian ‘mega-wedding’ to be held in Khanh Hoa province," said Thai Thi Le Hang, director of the Khanh Hoa Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

"Our Department has responded to the organizing company that local authorities will provide full support to ensure the event’s success. A successful outcome could facilitate the establishment of direct flights between India and Khanh Hoa and allow us to tap into this high-potential market,” Hang added.

The total cost of the event, one of the largest weddings hosted by wealthy Indians in Vietnam, is estimated at 5 million USD. India sees around 8 million weddings annually, with some 5,000 taking place overseas, representing billions of dollars in international spending.
