The festival aims to honor, preserve, and promote the rich cultural heritage of the Cham people as an integral part of Vietnam's diverse cultural landscape. It also seeks to strengthen national solidarity while showcasing the tourism potential and socio-economic development of localities where Cham communities reside.

Long Quang Thien from Lam Dong province said he feels proud to participate in the event: "It’s a great honor to take part in this festival. It is for us, the Cham people, a tremendous source of inspiration and positive energy."

Thong Thi Kim Tram, also from Lam Dong province, said: "We’re grateful to the Party and the State for organizing such a meaningful festival, which gives the Cham community an opportunity to meet, learn from one another, and introduce our unique cultural identity to visitors from Vietnam and around the world."

The festival will include demonstrations of Cham handicrafts and traditional rituals, traditional costume showcases, Cham cultural exhibits, and a seminar on preserving cultural heritage in connection with sustainable tourism development. Organizers hope these activities will further promote the unique culture of the Cham community.

Nguyen Van Tu, Deputy Director of the Dak Nong Center for Culture and Geopark Management of Lam Dong province, said: "The Festival introduces visitors to Cham rituals and cultural practices and showcases of traditional costumes, community arts, exhibitions of Cham culture, pottery-making demonstrations, and traditional brocade weaving."

As the digital age reshapes society, preserving cultural heritage is essential to ensuring that traditional values endure for future generations.
