(VOVWORLD) - The UN Human Rights Council is scheduled to hold an emergency session next Tuesday to discuss the burning of a copy of the Quran outside the largest mosque in Stockholm, Sweden, late last month. The incident sounded the alarm on growing religious hatred and conflict between the Muslim world and Europe and ignited acts of hatred and violence around the world.

(VOVWORLD) - The Australian government has helped Vietnam develop an innovation ecosystem since 2018 through its flagship Aus4Innovation program. Australia recently announced that this program will be extended to 2028, making it a 10-year commitment with a total budget of 33.5 million USD.

Tharman Shanmugaratnam told the 43rd Session of the Ministerial-level FAO Conference in Rome from July 1-7 that Vietnam’s water projects have greatly benefited its economy and farmers.
