(VOVWORLD) - After a long and difficult negotiation, the EU and the UK reached an agreement to address post-Brexit trade impasses and some inadequacies in the Northern Ireland Protocol. On Friday, the two sides signed a deal to implement the Windsor Framework, opening a new era in their relations.
