(VOVWORLD) - On September 2, Cao Lanh, capital of the Mekong Delta province of Dong Thap, was added to UNESCO’s Global Network of Learning Cities (GNLC) along with 76 cities from 43 other countries. Cao Lanh is the 5th Vietnamese city to join the list, which has recognized 294 cities in 76 countries that are making an effort to promote life-long learning.

(VOVWORLD) - Russia is hosting the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok from September 5-9, where Moscow will deliver a message that sanctions have changed relations between countries and destroyed old economic ties.
