(VOVWORLD) - The Ministry of Information and Communications has issued technical guidance on developing personal QR codes on platforms and applications that serve the fight against COVID-19. Using a single personal QR code for each individual on all platforms and applications will make it easier for users and management agencies to check and trace data.

(VOVWORLD) - Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong has asked internal affairs agencies to uphold the motto “Taking people as the root” in their mindset and activities. Speaking at a national conference of internal affairs agencies to implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, Mr. Trong said the agencies need to work closely with the people, center on the people, consider the people the master in national renovation, construction and defense, and aim to ensure the people’s peaceful and happy life.
