(VOVWORLD) - Draft documents of the 13th National Party Congress have new features and new themes that reflect Vietnam’s goals, development orientation, tasks, and strategies in the coming years. Vietnam intends to become a developed, socialist-oriented country by the middle of the 21st century.

Vietnam has been training highly skilled human resources to grasp the opportunities created by foreign direct investment.
