The agreement with Dow Chemical Co., Ltd. Vietnam (Dow Vietnam), Siam Cement Group (SCG), and Unilever Vietnam International Co., Ltd. (Unilever Vietnam) aims to mobilize enterprises and the community to join government efforts to reduce plastic waste.
