(VOVWORLD) - The UN Security Council has for the first time approved a separate Statement on the UN Charter. Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh chaired an open discussion of the UN Security Council, the first big event of Vietnam’s UNSC presidency in January, which is also the first month of its Council membership.
