(VOVWORLD) - Amid profound global turbulence, the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam conveys a message of political stability, economic development, and a balanced foreign policy, said Claude Blanchemaison, former French Ambassador to Vietnam.

Held at a time of significant regional and international volatility, as the world moves toward multipolarity and major powers seek to assert their influence, the Congress has drawn considerable international attention. Vietnam, he noted, has successfully integrated into the global economy, achieved impressive growth, and pursued an open and proactive foreign policy.
Mr. Blanchemaison said Vietnam has become an attractive destination for foreign investors thanks to its stable environment, skilled workforce, and extensive network of free trade agreements. Signals sent by the Congress, particularly regarding policy stability and new opportunities for cooperation in advanced technologies, will be closely watched by investors.
He also highlighted the entrepreneurial spirit of the Vietnamese people, the country’s economic achievements, and its rising global standing, which have helped position Vietnam as an important actor on the international stage.
Vietnam’s diplomatic credibility and role, he added, are reflected in its active participation in major international organizations, especially UN bodies.
