Faith in the Party has been nurtured through generations and continues to be upheld by the central highlanders, who wholeheartedly follow the Party and President Ho Chi Minh. Ms. Hring Mlo, an Ede ethnic minority woman from M'Gam village, M'Drak commune, Dak Lak province, shared that thanks to the Party and the State, the locals have not only escaped poverty but also have the opportunity to preserve and promote their cultural identity. She hopes the Party will continue to pay attention to and create conditions for the Central Highlands to develop economically, culturally, and educationally.
“Thanks to the Party's correct guidelines, the economy has developed in recent years, living standards have improved, and traditional culture has been preserved. We are hoping that the 14th National Party Congress will continue to make decisions on developing community tourism linked with cultural preservation,” Mlo said.
Cadres, Party members, and the people of the Central Highlands and South-Central provinces expect that the Congress will continue to refine ethnic policies in a way that promotes internal strengths, makes the people the main actors in the development process.
In Ea Knuec commune, a durian-growing area in Dak Lak province, many farmers have become prosperous, even "farmer billionaires," thanks to innovative thinking and methods, along with the Party and State's policies to help them apply digital transformation and expand markets for durian exports.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Cam Loan, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ea Knuec commune, Dak Lak province, said, “Thank you, the Party and the State, for policies that have enabled us farmers, who previously had a moderately good standard of living, to now become billionaires.”

In Khanh Hoa province, a growth engine of the South-Central Coast and Central Highlands, people and businesses alike hope that the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam will outline a sustainable marine economic development strategy, helping Khanh Hoa improve the quality of growth based on science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
Ms. Ha Thi Hoa, Director of Du Long Industrial Park, Thuan Bac commune, Khanh Hoa province, told VOV, “We hope the Congress will be a great success, leading our country to sustainable development and access to high technology. Our business sector will focus on attracting industries that develop high technology, clean energy, and electronics manufacturing. By doing so, we will attract high-quality labor and create jobs for local workers.”
