Cuban newspaper highlights significance of Vietnam’s 14th National Party Congress

The article by journalist Manuel Isaac, titled “One Party and One Nation That Inspires”, says the 14th National Party Congress has historic significance as Vietnam moves from past achievements into a new stage of development, more than half a century after national reunification.
According to the article, Vietnam stands out for its achievements and for its people-centered approach to development.
Issac calls the 14th National Party Congress a major political event for more than 100 million Vietnamese people and a source of encouragement for people still facing oppression.
