The launch ceremony was held in Hanoi and connected online to all 34 provinces and centrally run cities.

The PM said the two movements are designed to rapidly translate the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress into reality. He noted that the fastest, shortest, most sustainable and effective path to strategic autonomy is through science, technology, innovation, and digital and green transformation, closely linked with building an independent, self-reliant economy that’s deeply, comprehensively, flexibly, and effectively integrated into the international community.

“Every individual is a political ‘nucleus’ for turning emulation into motivation, determination into action, dedication into results, and daily work into resources for oneself, for the local community, and for the nation, contributing to a prosperous, civilized, flourishing, happy country that advances steadily toward socialism,” Mr. Chinh said.

The PM requested that, immediately after the launch, all sectors, localities, agencies, and units in the political system assign tasks, clearly specifying responsibilities, authorities, timelines, and outcomes.
