“The major achievement illustrates Vietnam’s long-term perseverance and sustained efforts. To date, alongside other national achievements, Vietnam’s tourism sector has recorded strong growth and has emerged as one of Vietnam’s leading economic sectors, helping propel the nation into a new phase of development,” Phong noted.
This event took place in Phu Quoc, Vietnam’s premier hub for resort tourism, entertainment, and distinctive sea and island experiences. Phu Quoc is also the venue slated to host the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum in 2027.
