Hosted by Tanguy, the program introduced Vietnam as a country where nature remains largely untouched in remote forests and mountain ranges, and where ecosystems have gradually recovered after years of devastating war.

Under the title “Wild Vietnam – Mysterious and Extraordinary Nature,” the program opened in remote nature reserves in Vietnam’s northwestern mountains, where the pangolin, a rare mammal, lives in tropical forests far from humans. The program then moved to Ha Long Bay, a world-renowned natural wonder and home to the Cat Ba langur, one of the rarest primates in the world.

In “Le Jardin Extraordinaire,” Vietnam was portrayed as a land where nature has recovered from war and continues to safeguard its natural heritages.
