"Speak less - do more - see it through to the end" mantra resonated deeply with voters. Nguyen Tuan Anh, Secretary of the Party Committee of Chieng Sung commune, Son La province, said, “Doing a lot of work, throwing yourself into difficult tasks and seeing them through to the end is what I value most. Seeing things through to the end is the responsibility and honor of a Party member before the people."

"General Secretary To Lam's message has hit the nail on the head regarding the long-standing bottlenecks in implementation. It serves as a guiding principle for us to rectify our work style, making it more disciplined, practical, and effective. I am completely confident that with such decisive and practical guidance from the Party leader, we at the grassroots level will have a solid foundation for innovation,” Anh added.

According to voters in Son La, the meticulous preparation of the documents, especially the extensive consultation with all segments of the population, clearly demonstrates the democratic spirit, openness to feedback, and respect for the wisdom and voice of the people in formulating the country's development policies.

Cam Thi Bich Thuy, a Party member in To Hieu ward, Son La province, said, “This is a very clear principle: we don't judge by promises, but by results. We don't look at beautiful plans, but at actual progress. By doing this well in each task, we will be able to better serve the people and businesses. This is also the most solid foundation for the country to enter a new era with faith, discipline, and a desire for development.”
