Foreign Minister Wang also announced a new vision in bilateral relations that the two leaders reached during their meeting in Beijing. According to him, the two countries have agreed to build a constructive China-US relationship of strategic stability to provide strategic guidance for China-US relations over the next three years and beyond.
The top Chinese diplomat emphasized that “constructive strategic stability” must first and foremost be a state of positive stability, in which cooperation plays a central role.
