DANAFF IV offered a grand celebration of Asian cinema, featuring more than 100 films from 30 countries and territories across nearly 200 screenings. The festival attracted over 1,000 delegates, filmmakers, and guests.
A major highlight of this year's edition was the introduction of a series of professional development initiatives, including DANAFF Talents, the newly launched Script Lab, acting workshops designed to nurture emerging talent, and a lineup of Master Classes.
At the closing ceremony, the organizing committee honored outstanding films, artists, and filmmakers with the festival's top awards. In the Vietnamese Film Competition, the Best Vietnamese Film award went to Hijacked, directed by Tran Quang Ham and produced by the People's Public Security Cinema.
In the Asian Film Competition, the Best Asian Film award was presented to India's Full Plate.
