FPT Egypt is FPT’s its 100th office in 31 countries. It currently employs 50 local staff and plans to expand its workforce to 100 by the end of this year and to 300–500 within the next three to five years.
Dang Tran Phuong, Deputy General Director of FPT Software, said: “FPT Egypt will focus on developing personnel in AI and advanced technology programming, particularly in quantum computing, before deploying them to Europe. FPT is proud to bring Vietnamese intelligence and expertise to the world and to serve as a bridge between Vietnam and Egypt, as well as between Vietnam and other countries. We hope that FPT’s office in Cairo will help further strengthen trade relations between Vietnam and Egypt.”
FPT Egypt has been operating since January 2026.
