Guided by three core values—Quality, Innovation and Creativity, and Pioneering Capacity—this year’s selection cycle honored 499 products and services from 227 enterprises.
Speaking at the event, the Prime Minister emphasized that over 23 years of development and 10 selection cycles, the Vietnam National Brand Program has marked a significant maturation of Vietnamese enterprises. Last year, the honored businesses generated a combined revenue of 97 billion USD and provided stable employment for more than 760,000 workers.
Prime Minister Hung confirmed that the government will continue to support businesses, ensuring that the flow of Vietnamese brands becomes ever stronger, more widespread, and reaches further globally.
“I look forward to seeing an increasing number of Vietnamese brands—names that consumers in any country can instantly recognize as ‘Vietnamese brands,’ synonymous with the quality, intellect, resilience, and credibility of Vietnam. Every strong brand is a source of national pride; each one contributes to the strength and standing of the nation. I am confident that the momentum of Vietnamese brands will grow ever stronger, contributing to the development of a prosperous, civilized, and happy nation,” he said.
The Prime Minister urged the business community—especially those with products recognized as national brands—to take a pioneering role in implementing the Party’s strategic resolutions on development models, the advancement of enterprises, and the empowerment of entrepreneurs.
He called for substantive investment in core competencies, science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation; for a proactive approach to conquering international markets and building sustainable brands; and for a shift from isolated development toward collaboration, working together to elevate Vietnam’s value chains.
