Developed to modernize investment promotion through digital data, HCMCInvest centralizes investment information, standardizes datasets, strengthens connectivity, and improves coordination among relevant agencies.

The platform serves as a two-way channel, enabling authorities to showcase investment projects, sectors, locations, and opportunities while allowing investors to submit inquiries, partnership proposals, and feedback directly to the responsible agencies.

During the pilot phase, HCMCInvest will focus on standardizing essential investment information, establishing channels for investor engagement and feedback, and helping investment promotion agencies monitor, consolidate, and coordinate responses more effectively.

Tran Van Chin, Chairman of the Board of Arobid Technology Joint Stock Company, said the platform features three dedicated dashboards.

"The first dashboard is designed for Ho Chi Minh City leaders, particularly the Chairman of the People's Committee, to monitor the platform's overall operations. The second is for the city's Investment and Trade Promotion Centre (ITPC), which co-manages the system. The third is for project owners, enabling them to update project data accurately, comprehensively, and in real time to meet investors' information needs," said Mr. Chin.

With HCMCInvest, investors anywhere in the world can access up-to-date, reliable, and transparent information on Ho Chi Minh City's investment projects, making it easier to identify and pursue business opportunities.
