Mr. Man said this legacy remains very relevant today and national unity must be translated into practical strength through action and tangible results.

The top legislator called for greater efforts to unleash Vietnamese intellect, willpower, and aspirations; turn human resources into a driving force for development; make science, technology, and innovation key engines of growth; and translate the aspiration for a prosperous, civilized, and happy nation into concrete and effective programs, plans, and outcomes.

He said today’s commemoration is not just an occasion to honor the past, but also a reminder of the present generation’s responsibility to the future. Da Nang, he said, is now embracing new development opportunities, with expanded space, vast potential, and higher expectations.

“Da Nang should leverage its role as a regional hub, growth engine, and catalyst; strengthen connections with neighboring localities; and make a greater contribution to the development of the central region and the country,” said Mr. Man.

“To that end, Da Nang should turn tradition into motivation, aspirations into action, potential into resources, and determination into tangible results for the people. That is the most practical way to carry forward the values cultivated by Huynh Thuc Khang and previous generations,” the top legislator noted.
