The IRGC said the capture involved a "coordinated, complex operation involving intelligence oversight and electronic warfare."
It noted the drone had been operating in the Strait of Hormuz for espionage purposes and was now in the hands of IRGC specialists for data recovery.
On September 8, the IRGC announced it had captured a Dive-LD model of US unmanned submarine drone at the entrance to the Strait of Hormuz.
The US has been tightening its naval blockade of Iranian ports and waters since mid-July.
