Reporting to the top legislator and the delegation, Vietnamese Ambassador to Mongolia Nguyen Tuan Thanh said the Vietnamese community in Mongolia strictly observes local laws and maintains a strong sense of solidarity, cohesion, and attachment to the homeland. There are now two Vietnamese associations: the Association of Vietnamese People in Mongolia and the Association of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs in Mongolia.
National Assembly President Man said the community's proposals and challenges would be reviewed by relevant domestic agencies in coordination with the Embassy. This process aims to identify appropriate solutions to foster bilateral cooperation and provide better support for the Vietnamese community in Mongolia.
"I request that the Embassy regularly inform about the country's situation, guidelines and policies regularly to the Vietnamese community. Even though our people are in many places, with the development of the internet and digital transformation, we can communicate quickly. I also hope that the Embassy and the community will continue to maintain traditions, cultural identity, and preserve the Vietnamese language by all means for the generation of children living here," Mr. Man said.
Regarding relations between Vietnam and Mongolia, the National Assembly President stressed the need to continue researching to strengthen air and railway connections and expand the list of import and export goods.
