The Vietnamese delegation laid flowers at the statue of President Ho Chi Minh and toured the Ho Chi Minh Traditional Room in the campus.
Speaking at the event, the top legislator expressed his hope that the teachers will unceasingly learn, cultivate their morality, and enhance their professional expertise. He encouraged them to be dynamic and creative in innovating their approach to teaching and learning, thereby inspiring students—the future generation of Mongolia—and instilling in them a love for their country.
The NA President said he hopes that the Government of Mongolia and the Ulaanbaatar municipal authorities will continue to provide support and favorable conditions for School No. 14 to constantly improve its educational quality, become a model school in Mongolia, and remain a beautiful symbol of the friendship between Vietnam and Mongolia.
On this occasion, Mr. Man presented a donation of 10,000 USD to help the school acquire additional teaching equipment in preparation for the 2026–2027 academic year.
Established in 1949, School No. 14 is a key institution for nurturing talent in Mongolia. To mark the 90th birth anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh, Mongolian leadership authorized the school to bear his name. A statue of President Ho Chi Minh was erected on the school campus in 2009, and the Ho Chi Minh Traditional Room was inaugurated in 2017.
The school maintains close cooperation with the Embassy of Vietnam in Mongolia to effectively organize meaningful school activities, as well as events aimed at learning about the country and people of Vietnam. To mark the visit of National Assembly President Tran Thanh Man and his spouse, the school is organizing an exhibition of students' artworks.
