During a group discussion on Monday at the National Assembly, Mr. Hung highlighted positive changes in thinking, management practices, and institutional development.
“Institutional development goes beyond removing bottlenecks," said PM Hung. "It’s also about creating the conditions for growth. Only with a comprehensive, open, and transparent institutional framework, aligned with international standards and practices, can we promote development, mobilize resources for growth."
PM Hung stressed the importance of maintaining macroeconomic stability, making efficient use of resources, reducing costs, and ensuring that citizens and businesses benefit from economic growth.
