After 11 years, the program has honored and expressed gratitude to 656 exemplary teachers and organized 34 journeys to connect with and support them. Under the theme “Classrooms Ringing with Joy”, the 12th edition will expand its reach to recognize outstanding teachers working in ethnic minority and mountain areas.
The organizing committee will receive nominations from provinces and cities from August 17 to September 15.
Nguyen Kim Quy, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union and Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Youth Federation, said, “Beyond discovering and honoring teachers who apply science and technology to teaching in ethnic minority regions, we hope to organize more support activities and journeys directly for schools and teachers. Our goal this year is to ensure that both teachers and students are the primary beneficiaries.”
The award ceremony is scheduled to take place in Hanoi in November, marking Vietnam Teachers’ Day on November 20.
