The project, developed by Van Xuan Digital Technology Investment Co., Ltd., is designed to be a modern digital technology complex built around a digital, green, and net zero ecosystem.

The zone will combine advanced manufacturing with research and development facilities, data centers, financial, commercial, and service hubs, housing, and training centers. It aims to attract technology companies operating in artificial intelligence, semiconductor manufacturing, data centers, and unmanned aerial vehicles.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung said he is confident the Yen Binh Concentrated Digital Technology Zone will become a destination for both domestic and international technology companies, as well as a center for research, innovation, technology transfer, and high-quality workforce training.

He urged the developers to build a model digital technology park that will serve as a benchmark for similar developments across Vietnam.
