[VOVWORLD] - Vietnamese Party General Secretary and President To Lam and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation will attend the high-level debate of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly, undertake bilateral activities in the United States, and pay a state visit to Canada from September 20 to 25.
