Speaking to the press on Tuesday, the Chinese Ambassador said the visit yielded significant outcomes, helping elevate Vietnam–China relations to a higher stage and creating fresh momentum for regional peace and stability.
Ambassador He Wei noted that the visit achieved comprehensive progress with political trust further strengthened through in-depth talks between top leaders of the two Parties, setting strategic orientations for bilateral ties in the new period.
A joint statement issued by both sides underscored the goal of building a “Vietnam–China community with a shared future at a higher level,” reflecting increasingly deepening relations.
Substantive cooperation is also strongly advanced with the signing of more than 30 cooperation documents in several areas such as economy, justice, public security, and supply chains.
The ambassador highlighted that both sides are shifting bilateral cooperation from traditional sectors to emerging areas such as artificial intelligence, green energy, and the digital economy. At the same time, the two countries continue to promote infrastructure connectivity, particularly intermodal railway projects, to enhance transport efficiency and strengthen regional supply chain linkages.
