US President says ceasefire with Iran is over

[VOVWORLD] - The US military launched fresh airstrikes against Iran early on Wednesday, hours after 3 commercial vessels were attacked in the Strait of Hormuz, in the latest escalation threatening a temporary ceasefire between the US and Iran.

[VOVWORLD] - Iran will not return to negotiations with the United States as long as Washington continues its policy of threats and pressure, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi warned on Monday. His remarks came after US President Donald Trump threatened military action against Iran if the two sides failed to reach an agreement.
