“It’s necessary to build new cooperation spaces in science and technology through large-scale projects and long-term cooperation mechanisms, including the establishment of the Vietnam-India Digital Partnership. Efforts should be made to promoting the model of “joint research, joint development, joint production,” aiming to create technology products with shared brands and be capable of deeply participating in the global value chain. Businesses of both countries need to be pioneers, boldly invest in new technology fields, boost research and development cooperation. Symbolic cooperation projects must be built so as to deepen the Vietnam-India relationship through production linkages, technology transfer, and participation in the global value chain,” Mr. Lam said.

General Secretary and President Lam, together with Vietnam’s Minister of Science and Technology and India’s Minister of Electronics and Information Technology, witnessed the exchange of cooperation documents among research institutes, universities, associations, and businesses, covering human resource development, science and technology, innovation and digital transformation.
