During talks with the Lao leader, the two prime ministers agreed on several directions for future cooperation, with a focus on preparations for the 65th anniversary of diplomatic relations and the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam–Laos Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation in 2027.
Meeting with Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, Le Minh Hung reaffirmed Vietnam’s policy of attaching importance to relations with Malaysia and expressed hope that the two countries would work closely together to advance the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership established in November 2024
