General Giang encouraged the center’s staff to continue improving care for war veterans and other national contributors.
He also wished wounded and sick veterans good health and expressed hope they would continue inspiring younger generations.
He reaffirmed that caring for war veterans and people who have rendered service to the nation remains a longstanding policy of the Party, the State and the Ministry of National Defense, reflecting Vietnam's tradition of remembering those who sacrificed for the country.
