Participants affirmed their determination to shift the focus from signing agreements to ensuring effective implementation, narrowing the gap between commitments and tangible results, and turning international commitments into practical resources for national development.
Minister Trung said the Foreign Ministry would continue to strengthen overall coordination mechanisms while making better use of Vietnam’s overseas representative missions to support ministries, sectors, and localities in effectively implementing international commitments and agreements.
The ministry will also work to mobilize external resources for Vietnam’s rapid and sustainable development, while enhancing the country’s international standing and reputation.
