The award program, called "Youth Living Beautifully", has been held annually since 2017. So far 212 young people have been recognized for their achievements. They have ranged in age from 16 to 40 years old, have included full-time and part-time members of the Vietnam Youth Federation, and some of them live abroad.
Individuals who have received an award in previous years may win again if their application meets the program's criteria.
