(VOVworld) – Yen Lac district in Vinh Phuc province celebrated the 20th anniversary of its re-establishment and received the Labor Order, first class on Thursday.


It also received a certificate recognizing it as a new rural district. In an address Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh asked the Party committee and administration of Vinh Phuc province and Yen Lac district to reform the local growth model toward higher productivity and sustainability. He said that priority should be given to the application of technological advances, developing brands, and developing new rural areas.
