Ky was one of the founders of the Khmer program 23 years ago and ever since he has been pursuing his work as a translator and announcer with great passion and love.

In spite of this disability, Anh’s face is radiant with smiles always shows optimism. UNICEF recently published an article praising Phuong Anh as a universal outstanding child with disability.

(VOVworld) – Aiming to provide a “safety net” to people with disabilities, Dang Huu Tien, Director of the Viet Tam Fine Art Training Center for Disadvantaged Children, has trained hundreds of disabled and disadvantaged children on paper folding. They have been able to earn a living to support themselves.
